| Mike has been in the insurance and benefits business since 1962 and in management since 1965. A Miami, Florida native, he started his career after completing his education at the University of Miami and later founded FBMC in 1976. He stepped down as President in 1997 and remains an active Chairman, specifically overseeing Sales and Marketing efforts and is responsible for acquisitions.
