Fred has served as FBMC Corporate Accounting Manager since 1992. He is a graduate of Dillard University, New Orleans, Louisiana and a Certified Public Accountants (CPA) in Florida, Louisiana and Texas.
Kedra oversees Corporate Governance and is the HIPAA Security Officer. She has served in various roles since starting at FBMC in 1991, most of those in the Information Systems area. Kedra holds a BS in Communications from Florida State University.
Russell joined FBMC in September 2003 to oversee the Self-Funded Benefits Division operations. He is a graduate of University of Miami, holds an MBA from the University of West Virginia and has a MHA from the University of South Carolina.
Since joining FBMC in 1988, Kim has overseen various departments including Implementation, Case Management, Deduction Management, Claims Processing and COBRA.
Since 1978, Susan has held various managerial positions within FBMC, most of her years have been as an Account Manager. With her extensive background in benefits administration, Susan is uniquely qualified to lead the Client Services Team.
Patrick is also President of Vista Management Company (VMC) (a wholly owned subsidiary of FBMC). He is a graduate of the University Of Miami, School Of Business.
Celeste Pullen is an Assistant Vice President overseeing Customer Service, Enrollment Processing and Benefits Continuation departments. She is a Certified Public Manager and holds an MBA.
Bernie has been employed by FBMC in various responsible positions over the last twenty years. She is currently the Vice President of FBMC's Self Funded Division located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Lori Walsh joined FBMC in October 2003, through the acquisition of United Benefits in Daytona Beach, Florida. Walsh is responsible for financial reporting, fund accounting and reinsurance recovery at the Ormond Beach office.
