FBMC has established the following two tiered program to select PPO Network Partners, and Preferred PPO Network Partners.

The first tier selects PPO Network Partners using set qualification standards. This tier is designed to weed out all companies that do not maintain FBMC’s stringent standards, industry standards, or provide the necessary initiatives that will satisfy our customers. For example, PPO Network Partners must maintain a current accreditation with a nationally recognized accrediting firm (NCQA, URAC), and allow clinical editing in claims adjudication processing, etc.

The final tier selects Preferred PPO Network Partners using set experience qualification standards. If a PPO Network Partner from the first tier not only meets, but exceeds all qualification standards within this tier they will achieve Preferred PPO Network Partners status. The following are sample ratings that will be applied to enable FBMC Partners to elevate their status to that of Preferred PPO Network Partners: Consistently provide strong Geo Access, and facility coverage for desired regions, Consistently provide Strength in administrative interface (Electronic interface between TPA and PPO), etc. 

Preferred PPO Network Partners will be exhibited on the FBMC web site, and will be offered first rights to all new business, and renewal business opportunities.
